Alicia Aguirre was raised in Ft. Worth, Texas and moved to Pueblo, Colorado in 2011 to study at the university with and pursue her athletic scholarship through soccer. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Colorado State University – Pueblo in 2014. Alicia started her real estate career in 2017, and joined Team Gena Ryder in 2018. There, she worked diligently to build relationships with her clients and has successfully helped both buyers and sellers complete their home transactions proficiently. She prides herself on her attention to detail, and working hard to make sure that her clients are well-informed and comfortable throughout the process. Alicia is engaged to her college sweetheart and they have 2 dogs at home, named Artie and Kramer after her favorite show, Seinfeld. In her free time, she still enjoys playing soccer, and being active with her family. She is also a coach for the Pueblo Rangers Soccer Club where she coaches and mentors’ young girls.
Gena Ryder was born in Denison, Texas and moved to Pueblo, CO in the 8th grade. She received her real estate license in 1997 and she was named Rookie of the Year in 1998. Throughout Gena’s career she has earned many awards including her Arthur Leach Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009. Gena has also earned various designations including GRI, CRS, ABR, and CDPE. Gena has been a pioneer in the real estate industry, and has become an industry leader helping hundreds of clients with their real estate needs. Gena prides herself on being honest, giving back to others, and observing the happiness her hard work brings to her clients. Gena is proud mother of 2, and an even-prouder grandmother of 4. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, laying in the sun, and spending time with her grandkids. Gena is a huge supporter of the KRD foundation, which gives bicycles to children in need, in memory of her brother, Kirk. Gena has volunteered in the Pueblo community for many years and enjoys giving back.
Nick Nidey was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado. He received his associate’s degree in Criminology from University of Southern Colorado in 2004. He launched his real estate career in 2006, where he specialized in residential real estate. In 2010, Nick teamed up with Gena and Team Gena Ryder was created. Throughout his career, he has earned reputable designations, which include: CRS, ABR, and CDPE. Nick has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers in the Pueblo real estate market during his 14-year career, and prides himself on his ability to build lasting relationships with his clients and taking great care of them before, during, and after the real estate transaction. Nick is a proud father of 3, with 2 boys and a girl. He and his wife enjoy showing their bulldog, Pickle in their free time. He also enjoys giving back to the Pueblo community by volunteering to coach for the East High School football team in the fall.
